- You have given us the permission to upload your photo AND information (first name or nickname and/or location of photo) unless you explicitly inform us, through email to smilejapan311[at]gmail.com, that you do not wish to have your information disclosed.
- You cannot be in more than one photo that you send. If you are in multiple shots, we will choose and upload only one. (Space is limited and we want to be fair to everyone!)
- We may use your photo and information uploaded on this website (http://smilejapan311.blogspot.com) for Tohoku Kanto Earthquake related events, print materials, images, videos produced in the future. For purposes other than the stated, we will use the photo and information on condition that we receive permission from you first.

Smile Japan 311に写真をメール等でご提供いただいた、あるいは撮影の許可をいただいた時点で、以下の事項にご同意いただいたものとみなします。
- 被撮影者の写真と情報（名前／ニックネーム、撮影地）をサイトにアップロードすること。ただし、事前にメール等で上記の情報を公開してほしくないという要望があった場合はその限りではありません。
- 同じ人が写っている写真を複数枚お送りいただいた場合は、こちらで選んだもの一枚を掲載させていただきます。
- 送っていただいた写真は今後、東北関東大震災の災害復興に関するイベント、あるいは印刷、映像等に使用する可能性があります。それ以外の目的に被撮影者の許可なしに無断で使用することはありません。
